All Donations will be utilized by the Northern California Cytometry Group, 2108 N St #7652, Sacramento CA 95816 which is a 501(c)3 charitable organization for the purposes of its mission. The Northern California Cytometry Group has applied for tax exempt status under California law with the California Franchise Tax Board. All fund donated to the Northern California Cytometry Group after its incorporation on 3/31/2024 are tax deductible under federal law. These donations will only be tax deductible under state law if the application to the California Franchise Tax Board for California tax exempt status is approved, if that application is not approved for any reason these donations would not be California state tax exempt.
